As Export Specialist (m/w/d), you can coordinate and monitor worldwide export operations independently – from order intake to timely delivery. You process and collect export orders and control the entire processing process. In close exchange with internal teams, you ensure frictionless operations along the export chain. Customers, forwarders and logistics partners provide clear communication in all aspects of export processing. You shall be responsible for the full processing of customs duties and shall ensure compliance with all export-relevant provisions. Incoming freight forwarding invoices check carefully and maintain regular data of export customers, such as through tax ID checks and updating the contact data. Identify and implement process optimizations to continuously improve processes.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and have three to five years of professional experience in export.
