To strengthen the team at the Cologne site, our client is looking for

HR Manager (m/w/d) Together with the external service provider for payroll accounting, you are responsible for preparing monthly wage and salary bills and their associated data, process steps/workflows in HR systems With your expertise in social insurance and pay tax issues, you are always the first contact person to help colleagues The monthly vote of the accounts in cooperation with the financial accounting of the parent company is of course for you You create reports and statistics in close cooperation with the HR controller and are responsible for the careful creation and management of personal business correspondence The creation of complex contractual topics and their standardization are just as natural for you as the professional coordination of the working students in the personnel administration (interferences, certificates etc.) The optimizations of people processes and associated people-special projects are at your heart, taking responsibility for development and realization and enriching the people team through your personality and professional knowledge.

Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector (leaning and salary accounting, personnel management) or completed studies Multiannual experience in payroll accounting and the ability to identify and understand complex relationships and processes Safe handling of Microsoft Office products (in particular Excel) and knowledge in the right to work and social security, an independent and structured way of working, and a keen decision Experience in cooperation with an works council as well as in comparable business structures/sectors and their staff support High customer orientation, communication strength and solution competence
