GLS Germany is now looking for sales & customer support at Depot 22 in Kesselsdorf near Dresden Customer Service Logistics (m/d)

You work alternately in the morning from 6:00 to 14:30 and in the afternoon from 11:00 to 19:30.

You are a contact person for shipping customer requests via telephone and e-mail about the parcel delivery and our services. You provide first information on parcel shipments, answer requests for express packages and are responsible for checking shipping problems. Internally, you are well connected, keep inquiries and keep the customer up to date. You are responsible for the export processing, clarification of customs formalities and monitoring of the delivery process.

Ideally, you have completed a commercial training and have gained first professional experience in logistics – cross-comers are also welcome!
