Business Continuity & Resilience Specialist (m/f/d)

Management and further development of the Bank's crisis and resilience management in close cooperation with the Business Continuity Manager Implementation and coordination of resilience, emergency and business continuity tests for internal processes as well as critical service provider processes including refurbishment Planning, implementation and further development of crisis exercises with internal departments and external service providers moderation of emergency or Crisis staff and support in the preparation and monitoring of crisis scenarios Implementation of the Resilience Testing Strategy and creation and maintenance of the associated documentation and standards Advising Management Board, CSO, Departments and 1st Line of Defense on BCM, Crisis and Resilience Topics Development and implementation of training and awareness-raising and support in implementing defined targets Close cooperation with the Business Continuity Manager as well as mutual representation in daily business as well as in tests, exercises and crisis situations

completed studies with relevant reference (e.g. risk management, business, finance or comparable); alternative a comparable qualification with corresponding experience in resilience management At least 5 years of experience in business continuity management, emergency management, crisis management or resilience environment Experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of BCM, emergency or resilience tests for internal processes and external partners - ideally in the regulated banking environment Experience in working with critical service providers as well as performing exercises and tests with external partners Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 22301 and BSI standard 200-4 and a good understanding of regulatory requirements such as DORA, MaRisk and KWG Safe occurrence, pronounced communicative skills and enforcement capabilities, including in the moderation of challenging crisis and stakeholder situations Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation and high integrity and reliability German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing
