Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

Perception of the Technical Building Management (TGM) for the buildings and properties of the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben as well as div. Rental items Control, monitoring and control of technical service providers:in the TGM Planning, implementation and evaluation of measures to ensure the smooth and proper operation of the technical building equipment Improvement and/or renewal of technical installations and planning and development of maintenance processes Creating performance directories and performance descriptions for the preparation and implementation of national and pan-European tenders Improvement and/or renewal of technical installations and perception of the building function for all construction measures of the TGM including warranty management and documentation and reporting Monitoring and control of the cost-effectiveness of technical installations as well as the creation and updating of concepts for the management and optimization of technical building equipment

Qualification: Completed technical (technical)university studies (Dipl.-Ing. [FH] or Bachelor) in the fields of building, electrical engineering or utility technology, technical facility management or a comparable course of study or comparable qualification (e.g. state-tested/audited technician/technical technician (w/m/d) with at least three years of relevant professional experience at engineering level) Competences: Multiannual professional experience in the field of technical building management/technical facility management desirable Knowledge of relevant regulations including GEFMA, AMEV, DIN, RBBAU, HOAI, VOB, VOL IT users:internal knowledge of Word and Excel, SAP knowledge is desirable Basic business and real estate knowledge Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / address-oriented behavior, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility readiness for the extended safety review pursuant to § 9 SÜG (Safety Review Act)
