Project responsibility: You take over the full commercial and conceptual management of sophisticated real estate projects from idea to exit in coordination with bodies and stakeholders Planning and development: You control building concepts with city planners:inside and architect:inside, supervise building plan procedures and ensure compliance with high quality standards Project control: You monitor dates, costs and qualities and coordinate internal and external project teams Contract management: You ensure the legally secure execution of projects in cooperation with the internal specialist departments Stakeholder communication: You are in direct contact with authorities, investors:inside and other stakeholders Economic analysis and market analysis: You carry out independent investment calculations, cost control, feasibility studies, market and competitive analyses, and carry out due diligence checks Process optimization: The continuous optimization of the processes and the standards also falls within your area of responsibility

You have completed your studies, for example in civil engineering, architecture or real estate, or completed training in real estate You have several years of well-founded professional experience in the development, control or execution of projects in the construction and construction of residential buildings as well as in the acquisition, are familiar with the development of building plans and can demonstrate demonstrable successes in controlling large, complex housing projects or quarterly developments You have a strong network in the real estate and planning industry as well as authorities in NRW with the focus of the Ruhr area/ Rhineland region You bring business knowledge, technical understanding and cost-conscious thinking and have entrepreneurial thinking, decision-making and strategic strength You convince through organizational skills, analytical thinking, good time management, high operational readiness as well as communication strength and team spirit, work independently, structured and problem-solving-oriented and have a safe occurrence You are ready to travel and have a class B licence
