For a well-known company in Leipheim, we are now looking for laboratory technicians (m/w/d).

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Incoming goods inspection: inspection of the delivered raw materials and decision on blocking or refusal of acceptance in case of deviation from specifications.
• Execution of investigations and analyses: Daily tests and analyses for quality assurance of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
• Locking of products: Identification and blocking of defective products when detecting defects.
• Creating laboratory analyses and statistical evaluation: documentation of the test results and their evaluation for process optimization.
• Creation and dispatch of certificates: creation of quality certificates and their timely shipping.
• Checking the ready-packing regulation: check and ensure compliance with the requirements of the ready-packing regulation.
• Test equipment monitoring: monitoring and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy of measurement.
• drawing and management of return patterns: removal, storage and management of return patterns for traceability.
• Implementation of hygiene passages: ensuring hygienic conditions by regular checks.
• Sample collection and submission: sampling and dispatch for external analysis.

Technical requirements

• Completed training as a laboratory (gn), chemical laboratory (gn) or in a comparable area
• Experience in quality control and analysis, ideal for handling raw materials and finished products
• Technical understanding and experience in the maintenance and monitoring of laboratory equipment

• Careful and accurate functioning with a high degree of sense of responsibility
• Team skills, initiative and a structured approach to complex tasks
