Senior Architect / Civil Engineer Asset Management (ProREM) Düsseldorf (m/f/d)

This will be your tasks You take over an overriding role in the Asset Management team, focusing on the Housing & Office segments. You control internal and external project participants for higher-level project management and reporting. In addition, you take over responsibility for construction projects in the Provincial Insurance Capital Facility (reconstruction/development/refurbishment, possibly new building). Conception, feasibility studies, planning and building law analysis is also part of your tasks. You are responsible for the calculations and cost-effectiveness calculations and take over the negotiations with authorities, users and project participants. Contract and contract management of external service providers and construction companies is also part of your field of activity. The development and control of an EU-Taxonomy-compliant strategy for the real estate portfolio completes your task area.
