• Collection of customer orders in the ERP system
• Creation of offers and their tracking (vote with the sales team)

• Processing customer complaints

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in customer service, sales service or order processing
• Secure handling of ERP and CRM systems
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Embossed customer and service orientation
• Structured and careful operation
