Your mission As a practical guide, you take a central role in training our future nurses. You actively shape learning processes and make sure that theory and practice are meaningful. Your tasks at a glance: Planning, implementation and follow-up of practical instructions Professional support of trainees in direct care and care Participation in the implementation and planning of trainees in coordination with the care service Coordination of training activities Structured preparation for practical tests Ensuring high-quality, room-oriented care by trainees Participation in quality development and quality assurance Cooperation with nursing schools and internal interfaces In short, you are a professional model, a teacher and a motivator.
