In the personnel handling, you act together with your team colleagues and the colleagues of Payroll as a competent contact person for our HR Business Partners and our employees for all questions about the employee lifecycle You take responsibility for the complete administrative task spectrum (contract creations, contract changes, certificates etc.) Communications with authorities and other external institutions include among others your area of responsibility You work digitally with our HR ticket system (ServiceNow) as well as SAP SuccessFactors You can bring your own ideas with us at any time during the practical introduction and get full support in the processing You can work with exciting special tasks and drive projects away from the Daily Business
