Coordination, control and implementation of all BIM activities and BIM applications in the projects and with the project participants. Analysis and definition of BIM requirements in the supply phase, including the derivation of necessary measures for internal and external partners. Determination of BIM-related project costs and the testing and evaluation of external 3D models with regard to quality and BIM usability. Participation in the selection of external planning offices in the BIM context. Developing and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and co-designing the internal BIM strategy and the HOCHTIEF network. Your profile Successful foundation: Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification. First practical experience: Finded insights into the planning or execution of construction projects, ideally already with digital focus. Software know-how: Safe handling of common BIM tools such as ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), BIMcollab or Solibri. Personality: A structured way of working, pronounced team capacity and communication strength at all hierarchy levels.
