You are running our Muffenrohr branch in Talheim with 9 employees Achieving the strategic and operational objectives, such as the attractiveness, cost efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the entire site Create, develop and motivate our team with your strategic and operational leadership skills Care and management of customer relationships and processes according to the central requirements of the divisions and in coordination with the sales managers Ensuring a targeted and economic execution organisation in compliance with the central requirements You conduct price negotiations with suppliers as a fair partner With creativity and commitment, you take marketing measures such as handicraft breakfasts, tool nights or the like.

Successfully completed commercial vocational training / studies of business or equivalent training Multiannual professional experience in senior position in sales / sales manager / location manager Knowledge of building materials, building materials market, suppliers and customers Experience in leadership and with controlling instruments, GuV Leadership skills and ability to motivate employees Communication strength as well as safe and friendly appearance in dealing with employees, customers and suppliers
