Head of Department Training and Further Education Sales (m/f/d)

You lead and develop two team leaderships as well as other employees directly associated with you and take responsibility for the department – thereby creating clear roles, priorities and reliable leadership structures Strategic development of distributive education and training: You design effective learning architectures, ensure their quality and manage data, evaluations and feedback The economic management of the training budget is your responsibility – you plan resources, tax trainers and prioritize the portfolio according to strategic relevance Closely networked with sales lines, departments and external partners, you create a professional stakeholder management and communicate confidently to the management level Digital and hybrid learning formats are constantly developing and using learning platforms as well as key figures for targeted management of learning processes You identify meaningful AI and automation potentials, shape technical requirements for technical solutions and control their implementation

A completed study, e.g. in economic education, educational sciences or BWL, forms your technical basis – alternatively a commercial or technical training with relevant training and professional experience You bring multi-year leadership experience, ideally also in the development of executives, and you know how to constructively control different personalities and dynamics of change Finding experience in the conception, control and quality assurance of training offers and a pronounced methodological-didactic understanding characterize you Very good sales understanding and experience in the economic management of complex topics – including budget responsibility – complete your profile In dealing with key figures, learning management systems and hybrid learning architectures, you are safe and derive concrete control measures Technological openness to AI and learning analytics as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing – ideally complemented by industry knowledge in the insurance or financial services environment
