About us We're looking for a 'Senior Project Manager (m/w/d)' for our ''Operational Excellence and Projects'' team. In this key role, you are responsible for the definition, implementation and management of complex projects and advise Executive Management in achieving efficiency, innovation and budget goals. With your expertise in lean management and your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, you drive best practices and sustainable transformations. Your duties Management of complex, company-wide strategic projects and programs focusing on operational excellence. Definition, control and implementation of projects and subprojects. Advising Executive Management with regard to project objectives and project plan. Analysis of the content and methodological aspects to achieve efficiency and budget objectives. Management of the project teams and management of the individual functional areas across all hierarchies, including cross-border communication and management of resources and budgets (cost management, conflict management, risk management, etc.) Promoting best practices, standardization and operational excellence across the entire company. Your profile You have a Master's degree and have several years of professional experience in consulting or an international industrial group focusing on operational excellence in a comparable position. You have proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs and projects focusing on innovation, efficiency and organizational design. You have well-founded knowledge in the field of operations and lean management, especially in the optimization, redesign or automation of processes. You are open to international project assignments, including associated missions. You have excellent presentation and moderation capability. A pronounced communication and team capability across all hierarchical levels, coupled with a high degree of self-employment, round off their profile.
