You work closely with internal stakeholders, create transparency and develop sustainable partnerships - together we grow beyond us. Are you on it? Your tasks Strategic supplier management: You analyze the market, identify suitable HR service providers and develop sustainable, powerful supplier relationships that meet our long-term requirements. Contract & Negotiation Management: You first set up framework agreements, works contracts and freelancer agreements and negotiate these sovereign - always focusing on needs, quality and cost-effectiveness. Development of purchasing processes: You are opting for existing shopping structures, introducing new impulses and promoting transparency and efficiency in close cooperation with internal specialist departments. Project management & implementation: From planning to completion, you take responsibility for shopping projects, tax schedules, budgets and quality and deliver reliable results. Stakeholder-oriented communication: You prepare results for addressing, present recommendations for action clearly and convincingly, thus ensuring common understanding and decision-making.

Your profile Qualification: Successfully completed studies in business management or a comparable qualification related to purchasing, HR or corporate management. Analytical & Structured Operation: You think strategic, work solution-oriented and use data as well as key figures to make informed decisions. IT- & data competence: Very good Excel knowledge (including Pivot, Formulas, Macros) as well as experience with Power BI to analyze and visualize purchasing and market data. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing. Personal competencies: communication strength, negotiation skills, a binding occurrence as well as a team-oriented, proactive style with which you take responsibility and deliver results in partnership.
