Clusterlead Application Development in the Banking Operations Unit (m/f/d)

Leadership and development: You run the application development cluster with around 60 employees in six teams and are responsible for target, action and economic planning as well as the results of your area. Your six team leaders will guide you so that You can decide independently in their area of responsibility. Technological innovations: You discuss where the architecture of the central banking applications develops and decide on technology development as well as security and scaling standards. For technical questions, you are a partner for architects and development teams. Artificial intelligence: You work closely with our AI experts. Together, you will check which approaches are useful for a conveyor bank and accompany the introduction to productive operation. Impetus for the cluster: You follow what is technologically moving and bring topics to the house early. For this you create space for innovation. Transformation and culture: You realize where bank operations have to change and adapt structures and processes accordingly. A working environment is important to you in which open feedback is given and errors can be discussed. Stakeholder management: You are actively involved in the management of the bank and represent the SAB to the outside.

Skills: completed studies in computer science, economic informatics, economics or comparable studies multiannual leadership experience in a comparable position, ideally in public administration, a promotional or regional or commercial bank well-founded experience in software architecture with focus on scalable and secure systems and current programming languages/frameworks, ideally in the banking or financial environment Experience in the use of AI technologies, innovation joy and feeling for disruptive trends in the IT sector sound knowledge in the field of IT strategy, resource and budget controlling as well as project management strong strategic conceptual capabilities for structuring complex issues Experiences with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Personal skills: Readyness and ability to proactively and constructively shape transformation processes and to deal with complexity, uncertainty and resistance in a sovereign and moderating manner reflecting your own goals and actions in the context of strategic targets and finding suitable solutions for target conflicts within the meaning of the overall organisation to act in different contexts and roles and to promote cross-border cooperation
