In Bernkastel-Kues, Bad Bertrich and Daun, MEDIAN operates 10 rehabilitation clinics with more than 1,400 beds and an outpatient health centre in Traben-Trarbach.

The Median Reha-Zentrum Bernkastel-Kues with more than 800 beds is the largest rehab center in Rhineland-Palatinate and also an important part of the medical-therapeutic rehabilitation not only for Rhineland-Palatinate, but also for the neighbouring federal states.

At the next time, we are looking for you as a cluster management facility management (M/W/D).

You perform and motivate a home technology team with up to 25 employees and undertake personnel deployment planning, control the activities to be carried out. Take care of employee concerns and personnel development. You ensure compliance with traffic and operational safety, plan and control maintenance measures (maintenance, inspection, testing and repair) as well as the operations of your employees and external service providers. You conduct the auditable documentation in the sense of operator responsibility and are responsible for the friction-free building and plant operation in the cluster. As part of the budgets provided to you, you are responsible for purchasing the necessary resources and services. You pick up offers, conduct price negotiations, organize the contract award as well as the acceptance of services and check the invoices. In close coordination with the Regional Managers of Construction and FM, you are involved in tenders and in the organisation and implementation of larger construction and repair measures. You control and check executed construction services in terms of quality and time keeping You support the clinic management in the annual investment planning and implementation of special projects.

Bachelor/Master in Facility Management or Master / technician in the field of HLSE building technology with professional experience from REHA or hospital operating technology or equivalent professional experience. You are leadership with organizational talent and diplomatic skills, and projects are targeted, while acting cost-consciously and efficiently. You have profound technical know-how and experience in technical real estate care. You have experience in the coordination and deployment planning of employees and in the monitoring of service providers. Business thinking and taking responsibility awards you.
