- You work in Cross National Teams, with other central banks (6 CB), on the construction and operation of the Digital Euros infrastructure and are responsible for the following aspects:
- Development and implementation of observability strategies and cooperation with development and operating teams to ensure 24/7 observability
- Individually responsible configuration and waiting of monitoring tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logs-tash, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana) or similar solutions
- Collect, aggregate and analyze metrics, logs and traces to gain insights into system performance and user behavior
- Development and operation of IT, service and business monitoring to ensure proactive incident management for all technical and professional operating teams
- Conducting Root-Cause Analysis in Precipitations and Processing Solutions to Avoid Future Problems
- Support in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans
- Monitoring the performance, availability and security of the 24/7 cloud infrastructure

Specific values: Your qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in computer science or equivalent education or comparable knowledge from a long-term professional experience
- Multiannual professional experience in the application of observability and monitoring tools
- Multiannual experience in the processing of metrics, logs and traces
- Knowledge of cloud services monitoring and management
- Knowledge of network protocols and concepts as well as system administration
- Experience in containerization and orchestration, preferably Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge in script languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell
- Very good knowledge of creating scripts

- Analytical ability to identify complex relationships and impacts in challenging situations and dealing with different stakeholders (national/international)
- Good communicative knowledge in German and English
