For our Wolfsburg site (Hattorf) we are looking for you as: Projektmanager (m/w/d) in full time (35 hours/week)

Planning & Analysis: Creation of Forecasts, Budget Planning and Monthly Plan-Ist Deviation Analyses Presentation: Presentation of the analysis results and statistics of the monthly results before the Contract Manager and the department managers Reporting: Implementation of weekly reporting (MPT) as well as preparation of monthly results in comparison with the plan figures Final work: Participation in monthly and annual accounts, in particular through the formation of provisions for revenue, costs and personnel Booking control: Examination of all bookings in the area of responsibility, coordination and clarification of differences with financial accounting Cost management: Creation of internal reloads, implementation of cost rebookings and preparation of special evaluations and policy templates Interface function: Central contact for all departments with regard to accounting and provisions in their own area Consulting: Technical support and consulting of the responsible contract manager and the department manager in all controlling questions

Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman / industrial businesswoman, merchant / saleswoman for forwarding and logistics service (m/w/d) or comparable Profession & Continuing Education: Insufficient professional experience in finance or a comparable additional qualification, e.g. as a certified controller or business operator (m/w/d) Knowledge: Funded knowledge in the field of logistics and organization as well as safe handling of current MS Office applications Operation: Reliable, highly independent working style combined with personal resilience and flexibility Language Competence: Good German in Word and Writing as well as desirable English skills
