You are advising our facilities in legal matters In case of need, you participate in tenant meetings You will set up operating expenses for our facilities with special billing situations and release operating expenses after the plausibility check You are a contact person for complaints of operating expenses You are responsible for the construction and optimization of our properties with the required measurement equipment and take over the communication with our heat service providers You are responsible for the acquisitions for our employee apartments and, if necessary, supports our facilities on site

Study or completed training in the real estate industry or comparable Knowledge of rental and property law Team spirit, sense of responsibility and human values as motivation
