Number: MER00047R0 Software and over-the-air (OTA) updates have become central components of modern vehicles and are crucial for the current and future success of Mercedes-Benz. Our customers expect the highest level of quality and reliability – from autonomous driving functions to infotainment and in-car media to remote services and digital vehicle products. In the area of MO/QS – Software & Systems Quality, we ensure the quality and maturity of all customer-relevant software solutions – across our vehicles, our backend systems and the Mercedes-Benz App – from development to series. At the same time, we are driving the transformation towards data-driven and digitally supported quality assurance. We are currently building a new team in the area of digitalization & data driven quality. Our goal is to provide modern data, digitization and AI solutions that support our quality engineers in their daily work. For this purpose, we use data from vehicles, backend systems and customer feedback to identify quality potentials at an early stage and to systematically return improvements to development. As a working student*in, you support our team in developing and implementing innovative data-driven solutions and gain practical experience at the interface of quality management, data analytics and digitalization. Your tasks: Support in the analysis and processing of data from different sources Cooperation in the development and development of dashboards, reports and data models Support in the automation of evaluations and processes Cooperation in the development and testing of AI-based applications Creation of presentations, visualizations and decision templates Support for workshops, consultations and cooperation with various departments Research and evaluation of new technologies, methods and tools in the area of Data Analytics and Generative AI Takeover of independent small projects and work packages The activity can start from October 2026.
