In our psychiatric hospital, around 17,000 patients are treated in seven independent clinics of different disciplines at seven locations annually in a stationary, daily clinical and outpatient manner. With around 1,850 employees, the clinic is one of the largest employers in the Heilbronn-Franken region. The Klinikum am Weissenhof is recognized as an academic teaching hospital at the University of Heidelberg and is involved in the teaching of psychiatry and psychotherapy at the Faculty of Medicine. You serve a defined group of employees in a holistic and self-evident manner in all personal questions. The area of responsibility extends from employment, pay billing, to the processing of all personal and personal matters. You are actively involved in the extraction, development and binding of our employees. As a competent contact person, you will consult and support our leaders in personal questions. In addition, you will contribute to the further development and optimization of our processes in human resources management.

You have a completed study with a personal economic content or a commercial training with a multiannual professional experience in the field of human resources, as well as a single additional qualification (e.g. a personal businessman).
