Your tasks

• Control of the control power Building and special cleaning in our region incl. Interface function for the customer
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of cleaning staff
• Planning of personnel and material use
• Disposition and settlement of cleaning orders
• Support for cost and project controlling
• Ensuring quality and increasing customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Completed training in building cleaning or comparable, optimally a master in building cleaning
• Found professional experience in building cleaning and ideally first leadership experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Enthusiasm for work in the team, strong communication strength and a high level of enforcement
• Class B driving licence
