At VINCORION, you take responsibility for the development and implementation of offset and co-production businesses – as a central interface between customers, authorities, suppliers and internal departments. You develop innovative concepts, tax international projects and drive our market strategies with your know-how. Development of offset/co production concepts with external (among others, offset partners) and internal stakeholders (among others Purchasing & Development) Identification, planning, development and implementation of concrete projects to meet existing and future offset obligations and localisation requirements Identification of value added components for offset and development of suitable, possibly graduated, external value added components from development, production to service Independent and independent contract negotiations with authorities and suppliers in export countries of our customers and monitoring the implementation of the fulfillment concepts Further development of the offset strategy as an integral part of our market strategies as well as continuous improvement of direct and indirect offset tools and optimization of relevant business processes Support for business development and program management in the innovative and cost-optimized fulfillment of compensation obligations Development of offset strategies for the respective product lines and strategic projects Technical support and training for all business sectors in relevant issues regarding offset Calculation and monitoring of offset budget and risk management Creation, verification and submission of documentation, database care, external and internal reporting Development of national and international offset networks with high-ranking contacts with customers OEMs and public or governmental representatives

Graduate degree / Master At least 5 years of experience in offset management, alternative in international purchasing, sales, project, or contract management, as well as comprehensive industry knowledge and own network English language skills, other foreign languages of advantage Very good knowledge of offset strategies, contract law and business to business or Business to Government Business Self-motivation and communication strength, safe in handling decision-making, prioritization and delegation Intercultural competence and experience abroad and a high social competence, in particular in terms of networking, team building, enforcement strength and negotiation skills Secure competence in dealing with all hierarchical levels combined with a high level of persuasiveness in the advice and mediation of technical products that need to be declared Ability to identify customer problems and –bearance solutions High readiness
