Leadership, motivation and further development of the housekeeping team Ensuring smooth operation throughout the housekeeping sector Control and compliance with our quality, hygiene and brand standards Responsibility for cleanliness, order and presentation of the guest rooms and public areas Planning, coordination and control of daily room cleaning in close coordination with front office and technology Creation of service and holiday plans taking into account the business Organisation of training, briefings and regular quality controls Management and control of laundry, detergents, guest supplies and work materials Processing of guest feedback and implementing appropriate measures Close cooperation with all operational departments to ensure a completely successful guest experience Support for budget planning, cost control and optimization of internal processes

Multiannual experience in housekeeping, ideally in a comparable leadership position in the upscale hotel industry Excellent quality and hygiene awareness as well as a very good eye for detail Leadership, team spirit and joy in motivating and developing employees Organisational skills, loadability and a structured working method Sovereign appearance, very good communication skills and hands-on mentality Responsibility, flexibility and high service orientation Very good knowledge of German and English Safe handling of common hotel and office systems of advantage
