Takeover of performance for the planning, control and monitoring of medium to large IT projects up to transfer to operation Consultancy and support, as well as close cooperation with the specialist departments within the framework of the requirement management Development of IT solutions / system architectures to cover business requirements in cooperation with IT teams Membership and control of service providers Ensuring and preparing the necessary project resources Creation and maintenance of projects, such as risk analyses or status reports Planning, construction, further development and development of the project portfolio in cooperation with the IT management and the project management office Development and implementation of the STULZ project methodology, based on PRINCE2 / PRINCE2 Agile Project control (e.g. status reports, budget status, risk assessment, mitigation of risks) Close coordination with Project Ownern Conception and management of the respective communication including the preparation and implementation of stakeholder-oriented presentations, project status reports and reports (e.g. for IT management and management)

Ideally studies in the field of business information technology or Infor­mation or completed training with multi­annual work experience in IT project management and external service providers Funded expertise in managing IT projects to PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile Good experience in project portfolio management (P3O) Secure knowledge in the fields of network technologies, operating systems, applications and their operation, as well as IT security and data protection Solid expertise in the management and design of business processes Basic business knowledge Very good German and English in word and writing, also for international project operations Self-initiative, solution orientation and independent solution of complex problems Designed analytical and outcome- and service-oriented thinking and action High level of transparency and availability for acceptance Excellent communicative competence
