Welders - TIG (m/f/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a WIG welder (m/w/d) in full time, also for direct personal placement in day shift.

Your tasks:

• Welding production: stapling and welding of assemblies in filter construction.
• seam preparation: preparation and execution of welds according to drawing specifications.
• Material processing: Welding of material groups 8.1 and 8.2 according to CR ISO/TR 15608.
• Quality assurance: Responsibility for the professional execution of the welded joints and on-time completion of the components.
• Pipe machining: machining of pipe dimensions up to approx. 6 mm wall thickness, including pre-welding as required.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: Complete vocational training in the metal sector, for example as a welder, metal builder, industrial mechanic, plant mechanic, metal worker (m/w/d) or comparable.
• Welding knowledge: Experience in WIG welding, ideally in pressure tank construction.
• Certification: Welding test according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1, valid for sheet thicknesses from > 1,5 mm to 6 mm.
• Expertise: Safe working according to technical drawings and X-ray-proof welding.
• Practical experience: handling all common pipe dimensions up to 6 mm wall thickness, prewelding of components of advantage.
• Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German is absolutely necessary.
