The WV/Digital Sales & Support (DS) department is responsible for the technical control and coordination of strategic (large) projects. These are, in particular, the introduction of new CRM systems and new tariff, supply and application lines (TAA) in insurance distribution. An activity in the project management office (PMO) is the basis for your 18-month trainee program. In this context, you will learn the skills required in project management, such as strategic support, resource management, project controlling as well as general process methods and tools. Furthermore, pre- and post-processing as well as the implementation of bodies will be part of your daily business. Here you work closely with DS management, business owners:inside, project managers:inside and product owners:inside. Your trainee program is modular and gives you insights into all the topics of the Digital Sales & Support (DS). Personal mentors will help you to support you during the trainee program.
