Stock digitization: You transfer old paper plans, archive documents and new 3D dimensions of multi-family houses into precise, digital CAD models. Plan bases for increases: You create the graphic base for new floors and attic floors, taking into account the existing building structure. Performance phases 3–5: You accompany the projects graphically from design to approval to final plant planning. Area calculations: You will start exact residential and useful area calculations as well as calculations of the gross area content (BRI) according to DIN 277 / WoFlV as the basis for the approvals. Authorities Documentation: You set up the graphic application documents for the approval authorities in a standard and complete manner.

Founded training: Successfully completed training as a building designer (m/w/d) or a further training as a state-tested construction engineer (m/w/d). Experience in existence: Including professional experience in the drawing and planning of existing buildings and multi-family houses. CAD specialist: Absolutely safe and routined handling of common CAD software (e.g. ArchiCAD, Allplan or AutoCAD) in 2D and ideally 3D. Understanding for upgrades: Basic understanding of the construction of attic floors and elevations (especially in wood or light construction). Building-physical know-how: Good knowledge of heat, sound and fire protection requirements in housing construction. Standards and Regulatory Strength: Safe handling of the standard DIN standards (e.g. DIN 277) and the Bavarian Construction Regulation (BayBO) for approval planning. Precision & In love with detail: A trained eye for measurements and geometries as well as an extremely structured and error-free operation. Spatial imagination: The ability to penetrate complex, nested old building structures quickly and to think three-dimensionally. Team & communication skills: You value the direct, uncomplicated exchange with construction managers, Statikers and architects to optimally match plans.
