For a defined customer and broker circle, you take over the processing of transport and traffic liability damage. In addition, the secondary divisions, such as the technical; Art and exhibition insurance for your area. With your communicative and friendly way, you are the first contact person to take over the damage. You check and process the damage documents yourself. With your know-how, you decide independently about the rejection and regulation of the damages. The subsequent regression and communication with the internal debt collection office and law firms are part of your task. You are keen to develop and engage in the optimization of your daily work processes as well as work on other internal areas.

Successfully completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or insurance specialist. Alternatively, a completed training as a ship and/or freighter/wife Professional experience in the field of transport liability and goods transport insurance are advantageous. We also welcome cross-comers from other insurance areas with the desire and will to work in. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of sense of responsibility and independence Argumentation and negotiation skills and enforcement
