Planning and detection and implementation of necessary building and investment measures in the operational phase of the buildings Consumption and processing of claims and deficiencies of the benefit Perceiving the interests of the owner/builder in construction management commissioning and accompanying the construction measures in cooperation with the construction administration, monitoring the progress of the construction and controlling the maintenance of the construction Planning, monitoring and implementation of structural measures at the request of the benefitant (rental investment), advice on the benefit Planning, commissioning, monitoring and monitoring of the implementation of construction maintenance measures and investment measures up to EUR 6 million incl.
