Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Reutlingen As part of our 12-month corporate phase, you actively support high-tech semiconductor production in the field of Si epitaxy. Your main task is to support and further develop the IT interfaces between the separation systems and the associated measurement data systems. In addition, you design and develop an innovative model that correlates plant parameters with the quality data of the epitaxial layers. Holistic support and optimization: You are the central point of contact for the IT interfaces in the demanding production process of silicon epitaxial layers. Interface management: You secure and develop the smooth data communication between our modern separation systems and the connected IT systems. Data integration and processing: You are responsible for the interface for recording and processing quality-relevant measurement data of the produced epitaxial layers. Innovative data analysis: Designing and developing a predictive model as a core task. The aim is to analyze and correlate the complex relationships between plant data and the measurement data of the epitaxial layers in order to improve the process stability and product quality in a sustainable manner.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in the field of computer science, data science, physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable degree course with IT focus and concrete intention to include a master's degree Personality and working methods: analytical, structured and independent working methods as well as a high motivation to work on new topics. Enthusiasm: passion for data, programming and the solution of complex technical challenges in the production environment. Experiences and know-how: first experience in programming (e.g. with Python, Java or C++), in dealing with databases (SQL) and ideally first contact points with data analysis or machine learning.
