Plant grade cleansing, sieves and conveyors (see cleaning plan) Proper sampling to ensure a representative quality control (Probestecher, pneumatic downpipe sampler) Operation of the respective production plants Pallet and box transport with forklift Working with the provision of experimental, pre-stage, basic and certified seeds Commissioning of seed Working with the implementation of quality management systems Care of team-internal databases and inventory lists Maintaining and building contacts with authorities, customers and business partners

Successfully completed training in a technical or craft occupation Experience in the seed industry desirable Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Process-oriented thinking and action as well as goal- and result-oriented work Technical understanding and “Hands-On” mentality Ready for weekend and multi-working The activity is not suitable for pollen allergy sufferers Class B driving licence desirable Certificate of plant protection desirable
