Check In/Out of national and international business and leisure guests Individual guest care - whether Hamburg-Tipp or short taste - your opinion is in demand! Concierge Tasks incl. commission payments - musical tickets are more than required! Edit bookings and write down special requests - Mr Müller would like to look directly at the Elbe! Close cooperation with all departments (and indeed all!) Working with the hotel program Protel (knowledge not necessarily required) Cash management and accounting complaint handling; show understanding, calm and find the perfect solution support of the telephone; Multitasking is in demand Representation of the house - “Moin and welcome to the Port of Hamburg!”

Complete vocational training in the hotel subject is a prerequisite Experience in the area of front office of a hotel is desirable Good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Excellent quality and responsibility Representability (This is the point with the well maintained exterior...)
