Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

You support the chef in organizing and implementing the workflows in the banquet area. You are support for the preparation and execution of events, buffets and menus of the highest quality. You are part of the kitchen team in the banquet area You actively participate in the menu design for events and introduce creative ideas. You control the receipt of goods, manage stocks and ensure economic use of food. You work closely with the service and event team to provide guests with a perfect event experience.

Completed training as a cook Multiannual professional experience in the upscale catering or hotel industry, ideally in the banquet area Knowledge of the planning and implementation of banquet events Creativity and a distinctive feel for high-quality food presentation Organisational skills, loadability and a structured working method Team spirit and communication strength Flexibility and
