Your mission You make sure that our processes not only work, but are constantly improving. In doing so, you combine operational excellence with a high level of quality and support your team to do the best for our customers every day.

Look forward to a versatile position with a lot of design playroom: You control and coordinate our employees professionally in the day-to-day operating business and are their first contact person in professional questions. You secure the quality standards in customer service and billing and continuously develop them. You plan, organize and analyse quality assurance measures and initiate concrete improvement measures. You will evaluate key figures and quality data, identify optimization potentials and implement them together with the team. You identify quality deviations early and develop sustainable solutions for process improvement. You carry out coaching, post-training and regular feedback talks and support your team in its professional development. You work on complex or particularly demanding customer requirements and find suitable solutions in difficult situations. Together with the customer service & billing management, you continuously develop our processes and actively contribute your ideas. You work with different teams across the range and contribute to sustainably increasing our service quality.

You'll also bring: Multiannual professional experience in the energy industry – ideally in customer service, market communication or billing Experience in the professional management, coordination or coaching of employees – even without disciplinary responsibility A strong quality awareness and a high service orientation Analytical thinkability and safe handling of key figures, reports and quality results A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Responsibility, resilience and ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations Communication strength, empathy and joy in sharing knowledge and developing colleagues The desire to actively shape processes and advance changes
