Self-analysis of customer specifications Creation, compilation and timely delivery of documents according to customer templates / schedules Document management via the DocBoss software and the use of international, customer-specific portals Monitoring and control of documentation (Document Control) Extensive communication with various departments, daughters and partners Creation of EAC passports, ARH dossiers and other country-specific documents Creation of customized shipping documents (original certificates, packing lists) Order Changes in SAP: Adjustment Shipping Instructions, INCOTERMS and Debitor Care

Completed commercial training, ideally with first professional experience Knowledge of project documentation and document control Knowledge of project execution of advantage Secure knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat SAP R/3 knowledge would be desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing Impressed communication strength and good enforcement capability Self-responsible and reliable functioning as well as solution-oriented thinking
