• Guides, monitors and independent completion of recovery measures

• Processing of insolvency cases taking into account and monitoring deadlines

• Requirement of insurance benefits for credit insurers

• Initiation and self-sponsored implementation of measures to reduce default, including at international level

• Visibility, purification and clarification of debitor accounts

• Function as contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, lawyers and insolvency administrators

• Technical support from colleagues in questions on recovery and insolvency issues

• Successfully completed training in commercial or legal fields or a comparable qualification

• Found professional experience in receivables management, ideally in the B2B sector with focus on debt collection and insolvency processing (min. 2 years)

• Ideal knowledge of credit insurance

• Secure handling of MS Office applications

• Self-employed, structured and risk-conscious operation

• High customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills

• Flowing German and good English skills in word and writing for customer communication
