We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of customer service:

Reading & billing: You are responsible for the correct and timely preparation of billings of all types of energy and measuring points in accordance with the statutory requirements and the guidelines of the Federal Network Agency.

Complaint processing: You process incoming complaints for network usage accounting and actively contribute to the billing of additional and minor quantities.

System tests & process adjustments: You lead specialist area tests to the regular format and process changes according to the requirements of the Federal Network Agency.

Master data maintenance: You maintain the accounting-relevant master data and, if necessary, carry out changes and updates.

Product development & contract management: You accompany the conceptual and accounting implementation of new products and contracts.

Completed commercial vocational training as well as functional professional experience

Industry Knowledge and Understanding Energy Economic Relationships

Good PC user knowledge, especially in MS Office and SAP IS-U

Embossed initiative and a result- and process-oriented operation
