Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Advice and support in the field of individual and collective labour law, including the development of feasible solutions Active monitoring of the development of current labour law issues, legislative changes and changes in national and EU legislation to ensure the up-to-dateness of the department by subsequent integration of legal framework conditions Confidential cooperation with our works council bodies and the creation, negotiation and conclusion of business agreements Examination of documents with a view to contributing points and questions of participation of works councils Consultation and examination of labour law documents in the HR sector, such as work contract patterns Ensuring HR data protection and optimizing the corresponding processes Conception and implementation of labour law training Correspondence with lawyers and representation of the company in the labour court Accompanying and consulting in the introduction of IT tools and projects with regard to data protection and collective law issues Working in national and international HR projects Takeover of further HR topics possible Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Successful Second Legal State Exam Insufficient professional experience as a full lawyer (all genders) with a focus on working law in a firm or in the international business environment as well as in cooperation with works councils, ideally matrix experience Knowledge gained in German and European labour law and pronounced IT confession Communication strength, high consulting and negotiation skills and collaboration readiness Impressed analytical skills and a quick understanding Teamability, Result Orientation and Joy in Stakeholder Management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You don't meet any requirement?
