Serve as the primary contact for national and international customers in the field of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics Manage and administer delivery and service contracts (e.g., MSA), including pricing, delivery terms, renewals, and amendments Receive, review, and process customer orders in the ERP system, compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, GxP) Coordinate and close cooperation with production Supply Chain, logistics, quality assurance, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure timely, quality- and compliance-compliant deliveries Maintain and update customer data, contract terms, and relevant documentation in the system Process customer purchase orders in the ERP system, monitor and control delivery dates, inventory, and backorders; proactively communicate in case of deviations Support the preparation of forecasts and manage them in the ERP system, handle complaints, and participate in S&OP processes Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Participate in internal and external audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences) or comparable commercial/technical training with relevant professional experience At least 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or internal sales, ideally in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharma, diagnostics) Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, GxP) and experience with quality-related processes Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken Strong communication and teamwork skills, high service orientation, and organizational talent Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style High level of reliability, discretion, and resilience
