For our dedicated team, we are looking for a personality that is responsible for the operational management of our youth assistance offerings, coordinates processes and develops sustainable solutions together with professionals, institutions and partners. We are an accredited freelance of child and youth assistance and operate in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein day care centres, youth aid institutions, mother-father-child institutions and the Findelbaby project with its three baby flaps.

Operational control and coordination in the field of youth assistance Planning, monitoring and monitoring of processes Ensuring smooth daily business operations Cooperation with youth offices, institutions and internal departments Control of occupancy and capacity Support in crisis and escalation situations Documentation and evaluation of relevant key figures and processes Participation in the further development of professional and organizational standards

Complete studies in the social field, e.g. social work, social education or comparable qualifications Experience in child and youth assistance or in the social education environment Organisational strength and a structured way of working Communication skills and a safe and binding occurrence Ability to act solution-oriented even in challenging situations Joy of cooperation, coordination and responsibility Good knowledge of MS Office and digital documentation systems
