Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Engineering Vehicles department further development of the department and its employees, as well as optimization of the processes Project responsibility for, among others, Keiler, Kodiak, and new bridge panels incl. Responsibility for sales Reporting to internal stakeholders such as HAL Heavy Tracked Vehicles Support for acquisition activities

Successfully completed technical or economic studies (special) Multiannual Professional Experience as Program/Project/Project Manager (m/w/d) in the Programme Experience in the leadership of several specialist teams Very good knowledge about the current MS Office & RLS tools Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of initiative and flexibility, as well as leadership skills
