Branch management multi-channel branch (m/f/d)

As part of the ongoing digitalization, we want to further expand the multi-channel consulting options for our customers and professionalize our central entrance channel for customer concerns.

We are looking for a branch line (m/w/d) in full-time (100 %) for our multi-channel branch. • As a strong sales personality, you will delight our customers and your team with positive conviction • You take over the structured structure of the new multi-channel halls in coordination with the area management • You guide the branch organizationally and disciplinaryly independent • As a branch line, you will advise assigned individual customers holistic and result-oriented exclusively digitally • You actively shape and develop a new process world for multi-channel branches using existing options under OSPlus neo

• You have successfully completed your training on savings banks/banks (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification • You already have leadership experience and have ideally already experience in managing business units • With your strong communication strength, you will delight customers and employees • You have the pleasure of sales, the further development of your team and actively live your role model function • A strong affinity for multi-channel customer experiences completes your profile
