As a production employee (m/w/d) in Selters, a practical entry into a structured production environment with clear processes, quality focus and responsible tasks awaits you during operation.

• Operation and monitoring of production facilities by operating instructions, SOP and Lean standard work.
• Execution of inspections and quality controls so that products meet the required standards.
• Documentation of production steps, test results and deviations according to specifications of document steering.
• Implementation of 5S measures in the field of work and cooperation on 5S audits and decent work organisation.
• compliance with HACCP and GMP requirements in the daily routine, including clean and comprehensible procedures.
• Support for CIP cleaning, compliance with hazardous material labelling and safe handling of work equipment.
• Work after work instruction and feedback of disturbances or vulnerabilities via the Andon system.
• Participation in risk assessments and risk assessments in their own area of responsibility.

We are looking for

A reliable personality that works carefully, understands technical processes quickly and keeps track of clear standards is sought. The place is well suited for entry with up to 3 years of experience.

• First practical experience in production, in the production environment or in a comparable area is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of quality control, visual inspection and documented workflows.
• Safe handling of requirements for 5S, lean management and clean workplace organization.
• readiness to work according to work instructions, SOP and operating instructions and to reliably implement specifications.
• Interest in topics such as HACCP, GMP, GMP training and HACCP training as well as in a regular production environment.
• Careful documentation in production, document steering and reporting of deviations.
• willingness to cooperate in cleaning processes, including CIP cleaning, as well as safe handling of hazardous substances labelling.
• A working time as well as shift models that fit the production environment and are respected responsibly.
