Strategic and operational responsibility for cross-group projects – from conception to implementation. Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, engineering or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in leadership in IT, operations or project management. Experience in the field of customer service is advantageous. Funded technical understanding and pronounced hands-on mentality. Experience in implementing AI solutions and data-driven process improvements. Embossed communication skills – You can easily convey technical facts at all levels. Experience with ERP/CRM systems, shopware, asana, power BI or automation tools is advantageous.
