You work intensively with component-based editorial systems and develop existing information structures consistently. Extensive documents analyze, consolidate and transfer them to future-oriented, modular structures. You define editorial standards, promote their implementation and support the team in methodological questions. You prepare technical content for addressing and create documentation in English for international audiences. If necessary, you support adjacent publishing processes and introduce your know-how in DTP workflows.
You have several years of experience in the technical editorial office and move safely into complex project environments. With component-based editorial systems like Scheme ST4 or Cosima you have already worked intensively and feel at home in CCMS-driven processes. It is easy for you to work out uncertainties structured, to formulate precise questions and to promote topics sustainably. The handling of large, grown documentation stocks is familiar to you and you are analytical and structured to their further development. Ideally, you have first experience in the medical environment or in the regulated environment. However, this is not a prerequisite. Practical experience with DTP tools such as FrameMaker, InDesign or Word is of advantage. You work autonomously, take responsibility for results and keep track of complex tasks. A clear, precise and target-group-oriented communication in German and English is what distinguishes you. Team orientation, reliability and a sovereign appearance towards stakeholders complete your profile.
