Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. For our team of building management, we are looking for a full-time manager (m/w/d) operating technology at the next time. Technical management: You bear the technical responsibility for the field of operating technology and support technical management. Maintenance & operator tasks: You ensure the execution of all maintenance measures and take over all operator tasks in the field of operating technology. CAFM Software & Documentation: You ensure the full use of CAFM software and ensure the legally secure documentation and compliance with relevant rules. Contract management: You coordinate entrepreneurs, take over contract management and manage projects efficiently. Quality assurance & energy management: You actively participate in quality control, quality assurance and energy management. Audits & Callfulness: You prepare audits, take part in it, support the refurbishment and participate in the willingness to call.

You have a completed training as an engineer, bachelor, master, master or state-tested technician in building technology or utility technology. You have several years of professional experience and have already taken responsibility in a leading role. You have a sound knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and can safely analyze and solve complex tasks. You are safe in handling MS Office applications and CAFM systems. You work actively, are team-ready and are characterized by a pronounced service orientation. You are willing to participate in advanced training and have a class B licence.
