If you want to understand why working IT is the foundation of our success, then you are right with us. This is what awaits you: You are the first contact point in first-level software support (Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, iOS as well as our IT landscape) and hardware (Firewall, Microsoft Surface, MacBooks, iPhones). You take care of and manage our IT equipment in daily operation. You enter our domain and server infrastructure and administrate Microsoft 365 / Azure. For a stable operation of our company network and the IP telephone system. You carry out IT training for our colleagues. You are responsible for the installation, development and documentation of our entire IT landscape. You support targeted data analysis and contribute to sound decisions.

A successfully completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as an industrial informant (all people), specialist (all people) for system integration, infor­mation business (all people), computer scientists (all people) or IT system businessman (all people) Experience in Microsoft 365, Virtualization, Windows Remote Desktop Services, PowerShell and Webserver Administration The ability to design and implement concepts for the further development of our IT landscape – with particular focus on AI and automation Interest and understanding of IT security to sustainably protect our systems Passion for technology and data processing as well as joy in learning and trying new things Team spirit, self-initiative and pronounced readiness to learn – also in the autodidactic field A structured, targeted approach and an open mindset for innovation This is still advantageous: A training certificate (AEVO) Knowledge of Linux systems Experience in handling Power BI and data visualization Practice in automation platforms such as n8n, make.com or comparable tools Know-how in Mobile Device Management (MDM), ideally with Microsoft Intune
